Every 2 years in Italy it’s possible to take part in a very important event, probably the most important in Europe when it comes to cheese: the cheese festical at Bra, a municipality in Piedmont.
Started in 1997 in Bra it’s possible to see the best of the worldwide production of cheese market.The event is organized by Slow Food and the Piedmont Region, and for those who love cheese this is without any doubt a good occasion to travel around.
