A critic once wrote, “Thaks god there’s Gianna Nannini. Without her there would be in Italy a void as big as the genre ‘female rock’”. This seasoned singer, the female counterpart of Italian rockstar Vasco Rossi, manages to surprise Italians every year with songs about passion, lost love and feminine strenght.
For those who love Gianna or are only curious to meet her, the date to remember is October the 30th 2009, when the singer will offer a concert in the Palalottomatica arena in Rome.
It will be all about great Italian music and an excuse to showcase some of the songs of Gianna’s new album, called “Gianna Dream”.
