Rock in Rome 2012!
This festival is becoming a summer staple: every year they bring the bet of the international rock scene (past and present) which is always a great pleasure for the many rock-heads in the Eternal City.
Just take a look at this year’s bill:

See? the best of rock, past and present. If you are interested on attending any of the concerts hurry up: as you can see above, the tickets for Radiohead are gone (too bad!) and probably the same will happen with other concerts.
The concerts take place at the Cappanelle race-course. To get there you can take from Termini the trains going to Frascati /Velletri/Albano Laziale/Ciampino and then get off at the station Capannelle, or take the red line from Termini, get off at Cineccità and then take the bus 654 (direction Via delle Capannelle).
